Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking – or you can focus on one or two skills such as writing and
speaking, and because it’s a one-to-one course you’ll always get the very highest personal attention,

IELTS Intensive 1-1 Course: key features

Continuous feedback: teachers give you detailed careful correction and advice on your speaking and
writing both in class and on written homework assignments, with the opportunity to discuss feedback
Speaking: it’s a one-to-one course which means you get maximum speaking time to build accuracy,
fluency, vocabulary, structural range and familiarisation with all parts of the IELTS speaking test
Writing: study the main task 1 question types and examples of the key IELTS task 2 topics
Vocabulary: intensive academic vocabulary study for active use to create stronger writing and speaking and for recognition so that you perform more efficiently in listening and reading tests
Listening: familiarisation with IELTS listening task types and techniques, accents, typical content
Reading: practise IELTS reading by task type, focussing on techniques for most challenging types

One lesson is 80 minutes.
An entry test is required for all IELTS examination courses.
Fees do not include registration for external examinations.
There is a registration fee of £45.
Fees do not include the cost of course books, which usually cost £20-25.
The minimum period for IELTS Examinations Intensive 1-1 courses is 1 week.
