Student residences provide simple but clean and comfortable accommodation for British and overseas students in lively, friendly environments. Bathroom facilities may be ensuite or communal, depending on the residence, and self-catering kitchens are shared with other residents. Facilities offered may also include restaurants and cafés, bars, television rooms and meeting areas, recreation facilities such as an on-site gym, and communal gardens. All of our residences, which are selected and visited regularly by our accommodation agency partners, are located in central London (Zone 1), with its wealth of shopping, sightseeing, entertainment and nightlife.

International Student House

Located near Great Portland Street Underground station, International Student House provides accommodation for over 550 students in three buildings. Facilities include a restaurant, bar, internet café and fitness centre.

Amber Residence Hotel

Located in an imposing building in the heart of central London, just 12 minutes walk from Marble Arch and Baker Street Underground stations and 5 minutes walk from Oxford Street with its many shops, the Amber Residence Hotel offers 36 rooms with ensuite or shared bathroom facilities. Rooms are well equipped and decorated in traditional style and offer spacious accommodation with TV, telephone, internet access and entry phone in every room. They also have compact kitchen units with microwave, 2 electric cooking rings, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Public areas are cleaned daily and bedrooms weekly. All linens are provided and changed weekly.

The Generator Hostel

Located within 5 minutes walk of Russell Square Underground station, The Generator has a strikingly futuristic design and décor. A range of rooms are offered, including single and twin rooms. Shared shower room and toilet facilities are located on all floors. All bedrooms have their own washbasin. Additional facilities include a TV room, bar and restaurant.

Goswell Student Residence

Situated in the Clerkenwell district of central London (Zone 1), Goswell Student Residence is within walking distance of Angel and Barbican Underground stations for quick access to the City and West End. There are 110 rooms over six floors. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, telephone and internet connection (extra charge applies.) Rooms are grouped into flats of 10 rooms each which share a fully-equipped kitchen.

Nutford House

Located in a quiet residential area of central London, only 7 minutes walk from Marble Arch Underground station and Oxford Street, Nutford House offers 156 single and 21 twin rooms. Clean, comfortable and centrally heated, each room is provided with a desk, washbasin and telephone. Bathrooms and showers are available on each floor and are shared with other residents. Communal kitchens are equipped with microwaves and fridges for making snacks and drinks. Facilities include two TV rooms with video facilities, two large quiet study rooms, two laundry rooms and a small private garden.

Schafer House

In the West End of London, within walking distance of Oxford Street, 3 minutes walk from Warren Street Underground station (one stop from Oxford Circus), Shafer House offers self-contained flats each with five single bedrooms. All flats have one shower room, two toilets, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, and telephone. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a wash basin. Shafer House also benefits from a very good security system, a spacious TV lounge and a laundry room.

Dinwiddy House

Dinwiddy House is within 5 minutes walk of King's Cross Underground station. Opened in 1996, attractively designed around a central courtyard, Dinwiddy House offers accommodation to over 500 residents. Single rooms all have an ensuite shower and toilet, and are arranged in small 'apartments' which share a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms are on a self-catering basis, and there are numerous cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars in the local area. Additional facilities include a TV lounge, coin-operated laundry, and excellent security.
